Looking back through my gallery recently, I noticed a large number of things I looked at and thought 'did I really create this? How did I ever think this was good?' So a large number of older pieces have been either deleted entirely, or moved to scraps.
The ones deleted were the ones I looked at once and couldn't stand to look at again

The ones moved to scraps were the ones where I thought 'this is terribly made, but it has some meaning or shows some progress'

The ones kept in the gallery were the ones where I thought 'it's old, it's not great, but it shows clear progress to what I can do now'

I find this is one of the most important factors of DA, that we show our artwork to other people, gain criticism, opinions and perspective, and we improve.
It's a slow process, I've been on DA for a few years now, and I've moved from 'terrible' to 'well, this isn't too bad'

However, there's still a lot of room for improvement, and I aim to fill that space.
Thanks to my friends here for your criticism, opinions and perspective, please keep on improving me
